When you register interest

We store the name, email, chosen route, introduction and updates preference you submit, together with a receipt, submission time and the version of the notice you accepted. We use these details to respond to your request and organise the founding team or pilot. Your explicit form consent records that choice. Housing-conversation registrations also record which conversation you want updates about. Occasional progress updates require the separate checkbox or the follow route.

Registration is confirmed on screen after storage succeeds. Your email address is not yet verified. There is no automated confirmation email or payment processing.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored in Netlify Forms and sent as email notifications to Bram’s Microsoft 365 inbox. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Netlify processes submissions and technical request data to operate the forms and filter spam. We do not publish or sell your details or use them to infer political preferences. We review enquiries and update requests after 12 months and remove details when no longer needed. Use the contact form to request access, correction, deletion or to stop updates.

The demonstration

Discussion answers and draft statements remain in the current page session. Saved proposals and fictional profile follows use this device’s browser storage. The “Clear local demo data” control removes those local choices, but does not delete a submitted registration.

External services

Source links take you to the original publisher. A configured housing or municipal pol.is conversation loads only when you choose to open it; responses then go to pol.is under its and the organiser’s published privacy arrangements. Hosting services may process technical request data to deliver and secure the site. Consenza does not ask for DigiD credentials or identity documents here.
