Is this already a complete municipal participation platform?
Consenza is in development. We are welcoming enquiries for guided pilots built around a focused question and pol.is. A pilot's delivery, moderation, accessibility, privacy arrangements and reporting must be agreed before it opens. There are no confirmed municipal partners or live consultations announced on this page.
Can residents take part in Dutch?
The Consenza introduction is in English. A pilot's question, evidence, statements, communication and reporting can be prepared in Dutch. We would test the embedded interface and assisted participation options with the municipality before opening.
Does pol.is mean everyone has a verified identity?
No. Embedding pol.is does not provide DigiD or prove one unique resident per account. The pilot needs a clear participation and access approach. Identity verification and population coverage are separate from opinion clustering.
What happens to the outcome?
The organiser agrees in advance who will respond, when and how. The report should preserve disagreement as well as shared principles and explain recruitment and limitations. The municipality remains responsible for its decisions.
